South African Addresses:
AntiQuest ships orders to most addresses within South Africa. Delivery time may vary. Shipping orders will only be processed at our Homestead Park Office.

International Orders & Neighbouring Countries:
AntiQuest is unable to deliver to addresses outside South Africa. International orders may still be placed using the option of “pick-up” and making arrangements with your shipping or delivery service to collect your order on your behalf. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country

Processing Time:
Our processing time is usually between 24 – 48 hours once payment has cleared. 

Delivery Time:
Delivery time for major city areas: 2 – 5 working days

Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 4 to 14 working days

Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped without the full payment amount cleared.

Refunds and Exchange Policy 
All products have a 7 day money back guarantee as long as the products remain unopened and unused at all, proof of purchase (invoice) must be supplied and the products must still be in their original packaging.

Products incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued), a full refund will be given.

Antiques, Vintage & Collectables – These items are sold as per pictures supplied only. The description merely serves as a guideline. These items are pre-loved items and are therefore classified as used. 

AntiQuest is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. All products are packaged securely before leaving our offices.

AntiQuest is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred. There will be no refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping for any returns.

* Shipping Category 02 – Medium sized orders – starting at R190

* Shipping Category 03 – Large sized orders – starting at R320

* Shipping Category 04 – X Large Size orders – starting at R495
